“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”!

The 1st Annual Farmer’s Market Community Yard Sale is the place to find them! The sale will be held Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 8:00AM-2:00PM in downtown York, on N. Congress St. across from the market lot. The sale is open to the public and the community is encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to clean out their attics, garages, and closets and do your part for the environment by recycling your unwanted items. You’ll have the opportunity to shop for and sell treasures. Bargain hunters beware! Vendor space is available for $10. Admission for the public is FREE. Deadline is September 27, 2008.

As a Token of Appreciation

For all the diligent and hard work of all the vendors, a "Vendor Appreciation Picnic" is in the works. This will be a great opportunity to enjoy great food and friendship! As of right now the date is set for September 11, 2008 at 6:30 and will be held at Moore Park in York.
